• An “estate plan” is a set of documents (with the Trust or Will as the primary document).  The documents express client values and wishes for what should happen in the event incapacity or death.
• Amber Griffiths helps each individual or couple understand their choices and guides each client according to the client’s own values.
• Each document reflects client values and preferences.  Estate plan documents drafted by Amber Griffiths are not a “one size fits all”.
• When an individual or couple working with Amber has finished reading their documents, they may have additional questions or changes.  Amber meets with them to respond to what’s important to that individual or couple, getting their questions answered in the process while also further tailoring the documents to the client’s preferences as needed.

Prior to becoming an attorney in 2006, Amber Griffiths spent a decade providing masters-level counseling services to families and individuals.  She strives to obtain positive results for her clients by combining the law with her background and understanding of the dynamics and needs involved in each particular situation regarding estate planning.  She has a passion for providing excellent legal solutions tailored to the needs of each individual.

Before working as the Paralegal and Firm Administrator at the Law Office of Amber Griffiths, Mr. Griffiths spent his career in banking and office management.  He specializes in assisting with trust funding and getting client papers in appropriate order.  This service is complimentary for our clients.

Rhys and Amber Griffiths, who met while working as volunteers on a finance committee of a non-profit organization, were married in 2013. They believe every individual has important dreams for the future, and that everyone deserves proper planning and organization to support those dreams.
